01

Who we are

Wamigos is provided by Jitaraa Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us" or "our"). This policy covers our promotional website and the Wamigos business platform. You can contact us about privacy at jitarabusiness@gmail.com.

For account administration, security and our own business operations, we determine how data is used. When a business uses Wamigos to manage its customers, that business generally determines the purposes of processing its customer data and we process it to provide the service. Its own privacy notice also applies.

02

Data we handle

The information we process depends on the features you use:

  • Accounts and workspaces: name, email, authentication information, workspace details, team roles and configuration.
  • Business conversations: customer contact details, messages, delivery events, media, notes, assignments and workflow history.
  • Calling, if enabled: call metadata and, where recording is enabled with appropriate consent, audio, transcripts and summaries.
  • Connected services: the data and permissions needed for the connection you authorize, such as store products and orders, or selected business documents and calendar information.
  • Billing and operations: subscription and credit records, payment references, usage, device and technical logs, error reports and security events. Payment providers handle payment credentials through their own services.
  • Information you send us: support requests, enquiries and content you choose to provide.
03

How we use data

We use this information to authenticate users, provide and maintain workspaces, send and receive authorized communications, run configured workflows, provide requested AI features, operate integrations, support customers, maintain billing records and protect the service from abuse.

Where applicable, processing is based on providing the requested service, your consent, legitimate operational and security purposes, or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use private business conversations for unrelated advertising.

04

AI and call recordings

AI features may send relevant prompts, selected knowledge and conversation context to the AI provider configured for the workspace. An embedding provider may process selected knowledge to support retrieval. Provider terms and settings also apply. Do not include information that your business is not authorized to process.

Workspace knowledge and approved feedback support that workspace’s features; they are not permission for us to train a general-purpose model on customer conversations. AI responses can be inaccurate and require appropriate human review.

Businesses must obtain any legally required notices or consent for calls and recordings and configure access appropriately. A WhatsApp permission to place a call is not, by itself, consent to record it. Recordings and summaries are accessible only through the relevant authorized workspace features.

05

Google and connected accounts

If enabled, Google sign-in uses identity information to authenticate your account. Connecting a Google business tool is a separate, optional authorization. We request only the permissions needed for the feature you choose and use connected data to provide that feature.

Wamigos’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized AI models. Human access is limited to permitted circumstances such as your specific agreement, security investigations or legal requirements.

You can revoke a Google connection in your Google Account connections. Revoking provider access prevents future access but does not automatically delete data already stored; contact us or your workspace administrator to request deletion.

06

Who receives information

Information is available to authorized members of your workspace according to their roles. We use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, communications, AI and payments. Depending on the configured feature, these may include Cloudflare, Supabase, Meta/WhatsApp, a configured AI provider, Google, Shopify, WooCommerce and a payment provider.

We share only information needed for the requested service or operation. We may also disclose information where required by law, to investigate abuse, protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Connected services have their own privacy policies. We do not claim that all data is stored in one country; international processing depends on the providers and regions in use.

07

Security and retention

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, protected credentials and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure. Workspace owners should use strong authentication, keep team permissions current and avoid sharing credentials.

Data is retained as necessary for the requested service, configured retention settings, security, dispute resolution and legal or accounting obligations. Deletion from active systems and expiry from backups may follow different processes. Records subject to a legal obligation or hold may be retained for that purpose. We explain applicable exceptions when handling a deletion request.

08

Cookies and browser storage

This promotional website does not currently install advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The business platform may use necessary cookies or browser storage for authentication, security and interface preferences.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login or make parts of the platform unusable. If optional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, we will update the notice and obtain consent where required before activating them.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to access, correct, export or delete information, withdraw consent, object to processing or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting.

For a business’s customer data, contact that business first. If you cannot reach it, contact us with the relevant business and request details so we can help route the request. Workspace owners can follow our data deletion instructions. Never email passwords, OTPs, API secrets or payment credentials.

10

Updates and contact

Wamigos is intended for businesses and authorized adult users, not children. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated as appropriate.

For privacy questions, rights requests or grievances, email jitarabusiness@gmail.com, addressed to the Privacy Team at Jitaraa Technologies Private Limited. If your concern is not resolved, you may use the relevant regulator or legal remedy available to you.
